All orders placed Monday-Thursday usually ship from our warehouse the next business day (holidays excluded), pending product availability. Orders placed Friday after 12 PM CT, or over the weekend, will typically ship on the following Monday.
Currently, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.
We utilize professional carriers (such as FedEx/UPS) to ensure safe delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number.
Please note: If a shipment is refused, the customer remains responsible for the full cost of the merchandise and any shipping fees incurred.
Order Issues & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, Googoneus does not accept returns or changes to orders once they have shipped. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team immediately.
